  1. How much does the live seminar cost?

  2. Because of overhead expenses for facility and equipment usage, refreshments and lunch, etc., as well as the price of the digital package containing the software and other materials that you will use during the seminar, the cost for attending the live seminar is $200 per person. However, if you have already purchased the digital package and can show proof of your purchase (such as the email confirmation you received) and have not received a refund for your purchase, you may register for $163 (a deduction of the cost of the digital package, which is $37.00).

  3. If I have to cancel or am a "no-show," can I get a refund?

  4. If you contact the instructor directly to explain your circumstances and reason for cancellation, you may receive a refund for the seminar cost only, since you will retain possession and use of the software and other materials in the digital package. If you do not wish to retain possession of the digital package, you may receive a refund for that cost as well, providing it is within 60 days of your purchase. However, if you are a "no-show" (defined as someone who fails to appear without giving prior notice of intent not to appear) you may not receive a refund for the registration fee, but you may receive a refund for the cost of the digital package, providing it is within 60 days of your purchase. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from attending the live seminar for which you have registered, such as a vehicular accident, medical emergency, or other such emergency, you will receive a refund for the cost of the seminar and if you choose not to keep the digital package, you may receive a refund for that cost as well, providing it is within 60 days of your purchase.

  9. What's the difference between the live presentation and the digital course?

  10. During the live presentation, the instructor can provide "hands-on" demonstrations and clarifying explanations for how to do each of the tasks detailed in the course material and you can ask your burning questions without having to pay for a professional consultation. You can also network with other authors and enjoy a great time of comaraderie during breaks and over lunch.
